Xmbrace's business has been built around OPTI-TIME, clearly established as the leading workforce scheduling solution for the UK Housing Repairs sector.

Xmbrace was formed in 2001 and we have been helping Housing organisations transform the way they undertake repairs ever since. We now have over 70 customers, all who have seen quantifiable business benefit and all who will positively reference for the service we provide.

Our customers are our biggest asset - ensuring that every customer is happy is not a simple undertaking but has been fundamental to everything we have done since we started. The Xmbrace User Group is very active, with almost every customer getting involved. The group acts as a repairs forum for its members and also drives product development ensuring that the system continually evolves and improves.

A key element of our business is the partnerships we enjoy with the leading providers of Housing Management Systems and Specialist Repairs Management Systems. Integration is a key area of risk with any IT project and our partners have invested significantly to ensure standard, integrated solutions can be delivered without the need for new development. These interfaces now encompass the full spectrum of mobile working allowing our customers to fully exploit the benefits of dynamic scheduling.
