Directions

From the North

Leave the M1 at junction 5, taking the A41 South, signed for Bushey. Proceed on the A41 for 1/3 mile to a roundabout (Big Steak Restaurant on opposite left corner) and take the third exit. Almost immediately turn right into Park Avenue, and then again immediately right into Otterspool Way. CP House is on the left after a few hundred metres.

From the West

Leave the M25 at junction 19, taking the A41 to Watford. After 1 mile you will come to a large roundabout, go straight over, staying on the A41. After another 2 miles, you will come to another roundabout. Again go straight over, staying on the A41 (passing Sainsbury's on your left). Stay on the A41 for another 1.8 miles until you come to a roundabout (Big Steak Restaurant on opposite left corner) and take the third exit. Almost immediately turn right into Park Avenue, and then again immediately right into Otterspool Way. CP House is on the left after a few hundred metres.

From the East

Leave the M25 at junction 21A, following signs for the M1 South. Join the M1 and go South 1 junction to junction 5. Leave the M1 here, taking the A41 South, signed for Bushey. Proceed on the A41 for 1/3 mile to a roundabout (Big Steak Restaurant on opposite left corner) and take the third exit. Almost immediately turn right into Park Avenue, and then again immediately right into Otterspool Way. CP House is on the left after a few hundred metres.
