There are over 90 organisations using OPTI-TIME within their housing repairs businesses to deliver a fully appointed service, drive improved productivity and support flexible mobile working. Our customers are Local Authorities, ALMOs, Housing Associations and Specialist Contractors. Our customers have stock ranging from 4,000 to 70,000 properties, have very condensed inner city areas through to massive rural spreads, we have customers with mobile data and one job at a time, as well as customers working to daily run sheets. Job durations vary widely with each organisation having its own view on the appropriate scope of responsive repairs, some have mixed teams, others separate teams for responsive, voids and planned, most have stores but increasing numbers are outsourcing this.
