launches 'Meeting the Appointment Challenge Forum
With
appointments made and kept now the primary performance indicator,
organisations are having to change their culture from productivity
driven to service led. Appointments introduce rigidity and imply
organisational changes; best practice is hard to identify and creating
the right foundations is critical to the success of the service.
Meeting
the Appointment Challenge is a unique opportunity for those involved
in the management and maintenance of social housing to hear a range
of speakers discuss their experience of introducing appointments,
and to join in discussions with others facing the same challenges.
The
forum is taking place at the National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham
