We deliver three main types of service:
OPTI-TIME Implementation
We have a wealth of experience gained across the complete spectrum of organisations involved in Housing Repairs and bring this knowledge to every project. Our Project Managers focus on business return and adding value to the technical implementation of the core software system.
Change Management
The success of an OPTI-TIME implementation depends more on changing the culture of the business than the software. As such, Change Management is a key element of any project and needs to form the basis of all other activities.
We have developed a series of highly focused Change Management workshops that can be delivered as part of an OPTI-TIME implementation to ensure the basic issues are addressed. The workshops are designed to provide a platform from which the internal project team can then manage the change process through the project.
If required, Xmbrace can provide specialist Change Management consultants to work closely with your project team throughout the project.
Programme Management
The implementation of OPTI-TIME is often part of a much larger project, encompassing for example mobile working, supply chain logistics, remuneration / working conditions, culture change and changes to the core business systems.
Xmbrace has highly experienced Project Managers who can be engaged on a contract basis to provide the overall internal project management role. This is a separate engagement to the implementation but has the benefit that the people involved have in depth experience with OPTI-TIME and the issues surrounding the implementation of dynamic scheduling within Housing Repairs.
