Web Based Appointments

OPTI-TIME’s architecture makes it straightforward to integrate live appointment bookings into any other system, whether CRM or a customer facing Web Site.

Unlike a more basic approach where tenants are able to log repair requests on-line, with someone then calling back to make an appointment, OPTI-TIME allows the appointment to be confirmed immediately, improving the customer experience and eliminating the administrative cost associated with booking the appointment through a call centre.

OPTI-TIME provides an appointment booking screen that can be embedded within any Web Based application, or optionally a high level programming interface allowing customers to develop their own appointment interface. OPTI-TIME can offer appointment availability based on the same rules as used in the core system and then schedule and confirm the appointment in real time as part of the repair logging process. Because this capability is part of the core OPTI-TIME system, all the customer messaging functionality is available as standard, so having booked an appointment on-line, the customer can immediately receive a confirmation text message with the booking reference, time and date.
